RUSSELL POLLACK (PARTNER)

Russell Pollack provides over nine years of biotechnology investment banking experience to Seaview Securities having advised on more than 50 transactions.

Before co-founding Seaview Securities, Mr. Pollack worked in Lehman Brothers healthcare industry group (2000-2002), most recently as a Managing Director, where his transactions were valued at more than $2 billion. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Mr. Pollack was an investment banker in the healthcare group at Warburg Dillon Read, now UBS (1998-2000), and Hambrecht & Quist, now JP Morgan (1995-1998).

Prior to entering the securities industry, Mr. Pollack was a corporate finance lawyer at the New York and London offices of Davis Polk & Wardwell (1991-1994). Mr. Pollack also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Cowen, Circuit Judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (1990-1991).

Mr. Pollack, Olin Fellow of Legal History, graduated from the University of Chicago Law School and received his A.B. from Columbia College (Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa).
